HELLO!!

Yes I am still around! Just super busy, life is crazy! I have been working on lots of new projects for my first ever sale. I will be setting up a table in November to try and sell some of my products. Also been dealing with some personal stuff...my Gran and Uncle were in a very bad car accident and so we are praying tht they will be all right. On another personal front, my son is going to be a father! So I at the age of 39 am going to be a Granny! I'm both excited and apprehensive, but it is life and it is what it is.....I will be trying to post upcoming workshops very soon....I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer with their loved ones. Update - National Scrapbook Day in Drake

Is approaching fast! I am going to be hosting a workshop in Drake, SK on the 2nd of May with a Stampin' Up Rep by the name of Faith Longman.

WORKSHOP #1 - STAMP-A-STACK

She will be teaching a workshop with Stamp-A-Stack. You will create 12 beautiful all occasion greeting cards to give to your family and friends...

I don't know about you, but I love the idea of having that many wonderful, hand made cards in the house ready to go. ( See examples below)

WORKSHOP # 2 - HINGED CANVAS ART

My worskshop will consist of creating 2 one of a kind 8x10 " hinged"canvasses with word art incorporated into them. Below are some examples. (If you click on each picture you will be able to see the detail in each photo.)

National Scrapbooking Day in Regina

In honour of National Scrapbooking Day I would like to host an all day event! We will be creating a Canvas Mat Album. It's a super cute album with canvas mat's, paint, photos and more...in the end it looks like a cute little suitcase album!



There will be door prizes, make n' takes and lunch.

Tired....

today but still managing to try and finish my paperbag album...have to say that I love the colours I'm using ...they are so vivid! Yesterday's class was small but fun! I think the gals really enjoyed the giftbags! Keep checking in as I will be posting my next workshop very shortly!

Busy, Busy...

It's official! Gold's Gym South is open for business! We opened yesterday...extremely busy last couple of days so as you can imagine, no time to scrapbook! I hope to get a project I started last weekend finished today...I'll upload the photos very soon.

April's Workshop

SO...I thought I would do this months workshop a little differently! We are going to design 2 one-of-a-kind designer gift bags! Now...if you are anything like me..you won't be able to give them away because they are so pretty!! That's the first part!!

Now for the second part...

I thought we could also make a groovy paper bag album!

Remember those little brown paper lunch bags...well...

they make absolutely the cutest mini albums!
